How long is the commitment?
Plans run for a minimum of 12 months, then continue month to month. Pay yearly and you get two months free.
How do I pay for a project?
A 50% deposit when you approve the quote, and the remaining 50% when the project is finished and you have approved it.
Is my website mine?
Yes. Your domain, content and data always belong to you. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
What if I need more time than my plan includes?
Extra time is charged at £50 per hour, invoiced once the job is done. For anything bigger we send a fixed quote first.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. Depending on how it was built, we can look after it as it is, improve and update it, or rebuild it as a fast, modern new version. Tell us what you have and we will suggest the best option, with a fixed quote.
Do you handle domains and business email?
We set them up and look after the settings. You pay the provider, such as Microsoft or Google, directly.
Do you charge VAT?
No. FLVN Group Limited is not VAT registered, so the prices you see are the prices you pay.
