2. Services

FLVN provides web development, website design, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, cloud hosting, and ongoing maintenance services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with notice to clients.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account with FLVN, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account password secure
• All activities performed under your account
• Notifying FLVN immediately of unauthorized account use

4. Payment Terms

Project-specific payment terms will be detailed in individual agreements. Standard terms include:

• Invoices payable within 30 days of issue unless agreed otherwise
• Late payments may incur interest or additional fees
• Services may be suspended until overdue payments are cleared
• All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials created or provided by FLVN remain our intellectual property until full payment for deliverables is received. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without consent
• Reverse engineer software or attempt to access source code
• Use FLVN services for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Project Deliverables

• Deliverables, milestones, and timelines will be defined in project agreements
• Client approval is required at specified milestones
• Ownership of final deliverables transfers upon full payment
• FLVN may showcase work in portfolios or marketing material unless otherwise agreed

7. Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance services are provided per agreement:

• Response times are defined in service agreements
• Emergency or additional support may incur extra charges
• Maintenance includes bug fixes, security updates, and minor improvements
• Major feature enhancements are subject to separate agreements

8. Limitation of Liability

FLVN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with notice as outlined in contracts. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• Access to services may be suspended
• Data backups will be provided for a limited time unless otherwise agreed

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts unless otherwise agreed.
